All Fitness Levels Welcome! This outdoor total body workout targets those hard to tone areas and improves your cardio so that you can lose inches and feel more energized.

What do I need to bring?
Participants will need to bring a yoga mat, and plenty of water!
Does the program run inside and outside?
Dress appropriate for the weather, as the program is outside (rain or shine).
How fit or in shape do I have to be to join?
Boot Camp is designed for people of all fitness levels; you will be pushed to your maximum potential, whatever it may be!

Rates

Personal Training:
1 Hour Session including Nutritional Consultation  $65.00

MixFit – 4 Week Program:
Saturday Morning Classes (1 class per week for 4 weeks)   $40.00

Bootcamp:
4 Sessions  $40.00
8 Sessions   $80.00

Packages – Combine Bootcamp and MixFit 4 Week Program:
8 Sessions (Bootcamp & MixFit)  $80.00
12 Session (Bootcamp & MixFit)  $120.00

Drop-In Rate: $15.00 per class
